Shipping Policy -

Thank you for shopping with Thakrani Clothing! We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

We offer Free Shipping across most regions of India — on minimum purchase value of  INR1100

In rare cases, if your location is in a remote area, unserviceable pin code, or special courier zone, we’ll:

    1. Contact you directly via WhatsApp or phone for confirmation

    2. Share any additional shipping fee applicable (usually INR50- 200)

    3. Proceed with your consent before dispatch

We believe in full transparency and will never charge extra without informing you first.

📦 Order Processing Time -

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you in case of any delays.

🚚 Shipping Time & Charges -

  • We ship your orders in 15- 21 business days.
  • FREE SHIPPING on Free Shipping across most regions of India — on minimum purchase value of  INR1100.
  • If your order is less than INR 1100, we take courier charges accordingly.

🌍 Do You Offer International Shipping?

Currently, we are only shipping within India. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!

📦 Order Tracking -

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

⚠️ Delays or Delivery Issues -

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or situations beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at official.thakrani@gmail.com with your order number.

❗ Incorrect Address -

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD) -

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the available secure online payment options at checkout.

In-store Pickup -

You can pick your parcel free from our store, Thakrani, Shop No-1, Business Market-2, Near Savan Signet, Opp. Tulsi Supermarket, Raiya Road- Rajkot. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and once it is ready for pick up. We will send you an email along with instructions.

Your Order Status -

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at official.thakrani@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
