Exchange and Return Policy
At Thakrani, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Every product goes through rigorous quality checks before shipping to ensure accurate measurements and damage-free garments.
However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or missing components, you may be eligible for an exchange | return | refund, as outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria

Accepted only in the following cases:

The product has visible damage or manufacturing defects.

You received a different product or an incorrect size than what was ordered.

Missing components, such as a dupatta or pants (if they were part of the original set).

❗Note: Color variation due to lighting or screen display will not be considered a defect.

To qualify, you must provide an unboxing video that follows the requirements below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or exchange, the customer must:

Share an unboxing video recorded from the beginning, before the package is opened or tampered with.

The video must clearly show:
-
Unopened packaging
-
Clearly visible shipping label with the customer’s name, delivery address, and order ID.

A step-by-step unboxing with no cuts/edits.
-
The product condition, including any defects or missing components (e.g., pants, dupatta).
-
A full view of the Thakrani tag, if present.
-
Complaints without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchange/Return Process and Conditions

Raise a request on WhatsApp: +91 8147545409 within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will get in touch with you within 2 business days.

Once approved:

Ship the item back within 2 days.

The product must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Alternatively, you can visit our offline store to return the product and collect your exchange (if applicable). Please bring the original packaging for verification.
If the exact product is out of stock at the time of exchange, you may:

Choose a different product, or

We will issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only after a new order is placed by you.

Customers must provide the new order ID for verification.

Once verified, we will initiate the refund for the previous product through the relevant payment method.

If you returned the item via courier, share the receipt — we’ll refund the courier charge too, if applicable
Shipping & Courier (If Applicable)

We do not offer pickup services everywhere.

In such cases, you will need to send the product back via courier after discussing the process with our customer support team.

We will share the return address on WhatsApp.

Share a scanned copy of the receipt with us.

Once received and verified, we will refund courier charges based on the receipt.

Color Variations

Minor color variations due to lighting, camera photography, or screen resolution will not be accepted as valid reasons for return.

We do not guarantee the fabric durability, wash care, or color fastness, etc.
